Booking, reminders and a waitlist built for one practitioner. Set up in minutes, on your phone.

Get early accessJoin the waitlist. Slotwell has not launched yet.

The gap-filling diary for solo physiotherapists.

Slotwell treats the waitlist as the product, not an add-on. When a patient cancels, the right patient gets an offer in minutes, first come, first served, and you never leave a treatment room to phone anyone.

What the day actually needs

Four things, done properly, for a practitioner working alone.

Public booking page

Patients book themselves from a link, even while your hands are busy.

Automatic reminders

SMS and email go out before the appointment, so fewer patients simply forget.

Waitlist offers

A freed slot is offered to the right waiting patients first, first come, first served.

One-screen day view

See the whole day at a glance, not a month grid you have to squint at.

Why Slotwell

Built for one pair of hands

A solo physiotherapist runs a practice between treatments, not from a desk. Generic calendars and downscaled clinic systems both assume someone is free to answer the phone and chase the list. Slotwell assumes nobody is, and puts the waitlist at the centre where a cancellation becomes a filled appointment instead of a round of calls.

How setup goes

  1. Set your hours and rooms

Enter your treatment hours and how many rooms you run.

  2. Share your booking link

Put the public booking page on your website and in your replies.

  3. Let the waitlist work

When a slot frees, offers go out and the first to accept takes it.

Questions

Waitlist members hear about every change first.

How long does setup take?

Minutes. Slotwell is designed to reach first value in under a minute, with no front-desk admin required.

How does the waitlist decide who gets the slot?

Offers go to the right waiting patients first come, first served. The first to accept takes the appointment, and the others are told it has gone.

Do patients need an app?

No. They book from your public booking page and receive offers by SMS or email.

What does it cost?

$29 per month per practitioner, with a yearly plan at a discount. A free plan is capped at a small number of bookings per month, and SMS credit packs are optional.

Can I use it alongside my current calendar?

Slotwell covers booking, reminders, the waitlist and a one-screen day view for a single practitioner. If you keep another calendar for personal use, check how you want the two to sit together before you switch.
